Brief psychotherapy is incorporated in our follow-up appointments. This
allows for longer follow-up appointments and in our experience improved

patient satisfaction. This time allows us to set goals outside of medication
management to address behavior modifying techniques, coping skills, and
other supportive therapeutic interventions. This brief psychotherapy is not
intended to replace sessions with your therapist/counselor, but to add an
additional level of support in your mental health journey.
